Inspiration for Extraordinary Presentations and Personal Success
For me, networks and continuous training are the foundations for inspiration, professional growth, and long-term success. Since 2023, I have been an active member of the BDVT, the Professional Association for Training, Consulting and Coaching, where I lead the Speakers’ Corner. At the same time, I have served as an ambassador for the Virtual Speakers Association International (VSAI), a global community of professional speakers that is part of the Global Speakers Federation (GSF).
Since 2009, I have also been an active member of Bonn International Toastmasters, where I served as a board member for many years. These networks offer me an invaluable exchange with like-minded professionals, providing new insights, fresh inspiration, and ongoing professional development as a speaker and trainer.
What truly drives me in these networks is meeting inspiring people, exchanging cutting-edge ideas, and continuously developing myself and others. Strong networks thrive on meaningful conversations at eye level, mutual support, and fresh perspectives. I also actively participate in mastermind groups, which provide strategic business insights and game-changing inspiration.
One of my most exciting collaborations is with Tanja Steffen, an outstanding brand consultant and media designer. Together, we run the workshop “Presenting Projects with Personality,” , where we help professionals and executives communicate their ideas with clarity and impact.
Another invaluable cooperation partner is Matthias Garten, a PowerPoint expert par excellence and AI-enthusiast. Here, I deliver presentation training courses for the Inflow Presentation Trend Academy.
In addition to my professional work, I continuously invest in professional development.
- In 2025, I have been trained for four days by Barbara Messer on “Master Class: The Art of Transformation – Designing Spaces that Change People” (in German) to advance my training sessions.
- In 2025, I have completed the Train-the-Trainer course at the Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), refining my training methodologies to maximize learning outcomes.
- Since 2023, I have been continuously training in the use of AI in training through the webinar series offered by managerSeminare & BRAIN-HR in order to design further innovative learning formats.
- In 2021, I earned my online trainer certification, enabling me to provide high-quality digital training solutions.
- Since 2020, I have also been a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), a recognition of excellence in public speaking, communication, and leadership within the Toastmasters International organization.
Beyond my professional career, personal growth is just as invaluable to me. I have been actively involved in theater acting since 2020, which enhances my stage presence. Communication and presentation are more than just a profession – they are a passion!
